Pam is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS). She is a mental health trauma responder volunteer with the Traumatic Loss Coalition (TLC) of Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) by the EMDRIA approved Center for Excellence in EMDR training. Pam has experience working in mental health and addiction treatment in Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient and private practice. Pam enjoys working with young adults, adults and couples and families. She is trained in Gottman Couples therapy (Levels 1&2).
Pam has extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety and depressive symptoms, heal from trauma, grief and loss, and repair relationships. In the area of addiction, she helps clients achieve and maintain sobriety, develop insight and self-compassion, address underlying causes, and establish attainable goals. Pam has unique insight for helping clients who grew up in troubled family systems overcome obstacles, become free from the past and move forward to explore and create a meaningful life experience.
Jenna holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CTTP). Jenna has over eight years of clinical experience with young adults, adults and families using a variety of evidence-based strategies to address mental health issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders and complex trauma. Jenna enjoys helping clients develop effective coping skills to equip them for life challenges.
As a trauma specialist with expertise in mental health issues and co-occurring disorders Jenna has worked in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient and residential levels of care. She is passionate about working with adults and families whose past trauma has led to problematic substance use and other life challenges. She values the unique needs of the individuals she serves and is committed to creating a safe, trauma-informed healing environment to help clients increase personal insight, implement significant life changes, and develop healthy coping skills for emotional and behavioral stability.
Catherine-Ann (Kate) earned her Master of Science and Social Work at Columbia University, is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), a Certified Grief and Loss Specialist (CGLS), a Certified Trauma Specialist (CTS), and a Certified Forgiveness Trainer (CFT). Catherine-Ann has experience in mental health, addiction treatment in medical detox and medical assisted treatment in Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Short-term residential, Long-term residential, and private practice. Catherine-Ann uses her extensive experience to help clients engage in the therapeutic process to establish attainable goals and create the life they longed for - but didn't know how to achieve on their own.
Catherine-Ann enjoys working with individuals, families, and groups creating a positive collective environment for healing. She practices from a strength perspective to help clients achieve a sense of wholeness based upon their individual goals and needs. She is a compassionate and empathetic therapist who believes in the inherent goodness of all people.
Cathy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, Certified Relationship Coach, Couples Therapist (Gottman Method Level 1), and HeartMath Certified Practitioner. Cathy has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, organizational difficulties, life transitions, grief, loss and relationship issues. Cathy enjoys helping couples establish effective communication and connection when working through difficulties. She compassionately helps couples heal from infidelity to regain trust and rebuild bonds.
Cathy received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Pace University, Bachelor of Science with Psychology Minor from Seton Hall University, and is a professional member of the American Counseling Association.
