Pam is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS). She is a mental health trauma responder volunteer with the Traumatic Loss Coalition (TLC) of Bergen, Morris and Passaic counties and is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) by the EMDRIA approved Center for Excellence in EMDR training. Pam has experience working in mental health and addiction treatment in Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient and private practice. Pam enjoys working with young adults, adults and couples and families. She is trained in Gottman Couples therapy (Levels 1&2).
Pam has extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety and depressive symptoms, heal from trauma, grief and loss, and repair relationships. In the area of addiction, she helps clients achieve and maintain sobriety, develop insight and self-compassion, address underlying causes, and establish attainable goals. Pam has unique insight for helping clients who grew up in troubled family systems overcome obstacles, become free from the past and move forward to explore and create a meaningful life experience.
Jenna holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CTTP). Jenna has over eight years of clinical experience with young adults, adults and families using a variety of evidence-based strategies to address mental health issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, mood disorders and complex trauma. Jenna enjoys helping clients develop effective coping skills to equip them for life challenges.
As a trauma specialist with expertise in mental health issues and co-occurring disorders Jenna has worked in a variety of treatment settings including outpatient and residential levels of care. She is passionate about working with adults and families whose past trauma has led to problematic substance use and other life challenges. She values the unique needs of the individuals she serves and is committed to creating a safe, trauma-informed healing environment to help clients increase personal insight, implement significant life changes, and develop healthy coping skills for emotional and behavioral stability. Clients often describe Jenna as kind-hearted, reflective, and supportive of their growth.
Cathy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, Certified Relationship Coach, and skilled Couples Therapist (Gottman Method Level 1). Cathy has extensive experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, organizational difficulties, life transitions, grief, loss and relationship issues. Cathy enjoys helping couples establish effective communication and connection when working through difficulties. She compassionately helps couples heal from infidelity to regain trust and rebuild bonds.
Cathy received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Kean University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Pace University, Bachelor of Science with Psychology Minor from Seton Hall University, and is a professional member of the American Counseling Association.

Cathy’s approach to therapy is one of compassion combined with a belief that change is possible. She works diligently to provide a nonjudgmental environment that is caring, safe, and collaborative. Lorelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 18 years of experience in mental health and earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University. Lorelle has extensive experience providing therapy to individuals, who struggle with anxiety, depression, concentration issues, grief and loss. In addition, Lorelle is passionate about working with couples and families, with the goal to improve their communication skills, conflict resolution process and overall relationship satisfaction. Lorelle incorporates a strengths-based perspective and evidenced-based approach to her work and is committed to creating a safe environment to help clients develop insight and healthy coping skills, and achieve and maintain improvements to their lives. As a couples therapist Lorelle will help you and your partner improve communication, work through conflicts, and strengthen your relationship. She will guide you through the process and help you build a strong and healthy relationship.
