Most of our clients utilize out-of-network benefits (OON) or self-pay. We suggest you contact the behavioral health services for your insurance. The phone number is located on the back of your insurance card. Ask them if you have out-of-network benefits and what your patient's responsibility will be for the services we provide. OON benefits are often reimbursed at a rate of 70–80% of your session fee.
